If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may request a refund for your purchase. Refunds or exchanges are available for purchases within 15 days from receipt of your product. All sales become final after 15 days.
Products must be returned in the original packaging and in salable condition.
Returned electric bikes are subject to a 20% restocking charge when the electric bike is not in stock and must be ordered.
If you are experiencing issues with your bike, please contact us for troubleshooting. If applicable, refunds will be issued less the amount of shipping or delivery charges associated with your bike order. Gift cards, certificates and coupons are not refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. All coupons, gift cards or certificates must be used by the expiration date, if applicable. Parts used during servicing work are covered by manufacturers and vary in warranty term. Additionally, all service charges, such as bike repairs, service/adjustments are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with its original packaging. Returned products that are deemed unfit for resale or beyond test ride condition (est. 10 miles), will not be eligible for a refund. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all electric bikes that are not in stock at our showroom location and must be ordered directly from the manufacturer.
Any cash transactions will be refunded via company check within 5-7 business days.
Items not eligible for refunds or subject to partial refunds (such as custom orders, bike modifications, upgraded components, etc.) will be marked as final sale or similar language will be used on the tag and/or under the product description and on the receipt. In addition to gift cards, certificates and coupons being non-refundable, ECH.BIKE is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards or for use without your permission.
