If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you can be refunded for your purchase. Refunds or exchanges are available for purchases within 15 days from receipt of your product. All sales become final after 15 days.
If you are experincing issues with you there is something wrong with your bike and 15 days has passed, please contact us for troubleshooting and for assistance with your available options. If applicable, refunds will be issued less the amount of shipping or delivery charges. All service charges, such as bike repairs, service/adjustments and product shipping or delivery related charges are non-refundable.
