If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you can be refunded for your purchase. Refunds or exchanges are available for purchases within 15 days of receipt (i.e. in store pick-up or confirmed delivery date). All sales become final after 15 days. However, if there is something wrong with your bike and 15 days has past, please contact us for troubleshooting and for assistance with your available options.
To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with its original packaging.
Items not eligible for refunds or subject to partial refunds will be marked as final sale or similar language will be used on the tag or under the product description.
Pre-order deposits are refundable less the amount of a cancellation fee equalling the total amount of your deposit up to $250, whichever is higher. If your 10% deposit was less than $250, then you will not receive your deposit back.
